I worked at Kristopher Mark Designs for 4 years as his Gemologist/Appraiser and sales consultant. A change in my life has directed me to work as an independent appraiser and consultant outside the store. I will truly miss working with my good friends every day. From an insider’s perspective, I can honestly say that few stores can match their level of customer satisfaction. Kris’s custom design work is museum quality and fairly priced. All jewelry repairs are done on premises and never leave the store. The quality of work and piece of mind alone is worth the visit. The goal of the store is to exceed every customer’s expectations and I have personally witnessed a satisfaction level of virtually 100%. The people that work there are some of the nicest, most pleasant people I’ve been fortunate to know. After inheriting my grandmother’s ring, I quickly realized that it needed a lot of TLC. I brought it to Kristopher Mark Designs hoping that something would be able to be done to restore it to a better condition. Kristopher Mark Designs exceeded my expectations from the initial meeting to the end of the project. They created a clear plan, ordered a variety of replacement stones for me to select from, and executed a beautifully finished piece. It’s so wonderful to see my grandmother’s ring looking like new! Great shopping experience. Went into the store to by my wife a birthday present . Was not sure what I wanted. Their salesman Ray helped me . Very knowledgeable about the inventory they had. Not pushy just helpful.Helped me pick out a beautiful bracelet. And I was able to stay within my budget. Best part was my wife loved it. I will definitely go back to make my next purchase. This has been by far the best experience!...Our journey began with several trips to the local (mall) jewelry stores where the service and quality of the rings were average...nothing unique...no regard for true customer service or even an understanding of what custom jewelry is. We reached out the Kris and his amazing staff and within a few weeks, we are getting a one of a kind, truly unique ring! Kris and his staff will take the time to listen to your ideas and will make suggestions. The pricing is competitive with the malls but the attention to detail and the customer service is priceless!
