Was there this past weekend the rooms ballrooms and Lobbys are nice and clean. But the staff was very rude we paid for a ballroom. And it was taken away from us 6 hours early. If you want kind staff and nice people that's not the place for you. If all you need is a nice clean room. You will get that
The staff was extremely nice. The room and beds were very comfortable. The place was was clean, but their were a couple of issues. We ate breakfast 1 of the 4 mornings we were and it was absolutely terrible. It was clearly low quality. I wouldn’t have expected much if it was your typical continental breakfast, but it was setup as a buffet style restaurant. We also had an issue with our key cards. I had to go downstairs at least twice to have them replace them because they wouldn’t work in the door. The WiFi wasn’t reliable. Once in awhile you might be able to use it for a couple of minutes but it would go back to being so slow you couldn’t use it. Our experience wasn’t bad, it just could have been better.
Some work colleagues and I went to the outside bar after work for some drinks and appetizers. The bartender was awesome and very attentive, the food was good, and the atmosphere was perfect. It got a little chilly and the bartender didn't hesitate to light one of the fire pits for us. Overall and excellent evening.
One of nicest HI I have ever stayed at. Fun bar, good restaurant and VERY friendly staff. Modern room with huge TV. Can’t wait for included cooked-to-order breakfast tomorrow. Can you spell “omelet”?
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. If you need something just ask and they will provide if at all possible. Restaurant, indoor pool, lounge and plenty of free parking on site.
