Free delivery AND considering RiteAid is a 'chain franchise,' my recent Rx had to be filled at RiteAid (M.D. tardiness) and the cost was $11 more than GrayRock.

Frank Clark

The next time I want a pharmacy to dial 911 on me I'd like it to be for something wrong I did. I guess Frank the pharmacist has to have his way because he got out from behind the pharmacy said to me let's walk aside and I'll do the talking. When I tried asking why he was being this way with me Frank and the licence his parents bought for him by going to school in 1955 said again to me "I'l talk , you listen." Before Frank began dialing 911, my friend spoke earlier today to Frank. She arranged a refill between her doctor and Greyrock Pharmacy. I don't know why Frank's tune had changed a little later in the afternoon, however since the prescription was legitimate, meaning from a physician, Frank had to give the prescription back to me. I began asked him why he is being this way, Im going to listen to you, Frank, then he told me he was dialing 911. Now I only talked enuf to Frank to be asking myself why there could be so much difficulty in refilling a prescription written by a Doctor.

is a bit further to drive compared to RiteAid but a much better experience. I avoid RiteAid at all costs!

He answered no and began to apologize after telling me the time I was in the pharmacy I was not letting him speak. I couldn't have been talking with Frank longer than twenty seconds when he gave up talking to me. Frank also told me on the phone that his pharmacy is like his home and if he wants to throw someone out he can do that. Basically I discovered that I made the mistake of believing his pharmacy was a business.

Excellent pharmacy AAA+++

Hey Frank I'm fifty two years old. Save your hard line for someone who shoplifts from that pharmacy. What a horrible experience I had today at Greyrock Pharmacy at four pm today September 23, 2016. I hope ClintonPharmacy will have enough hours for your hard line attitude my friend. I left some gummy bears for you at the register. I hope you feel better soon Frank.

I am Frank the pharmacist referred to in Mr. Maiullo's personal attack on me in his recent review and felt moved to respond. My parents did not pay for my pharmacy school education or start up pharmacy, Tony, I did. I made a decision not to dispense the prescription Mr. Maiullo presented to me which was not even for him. .My decision was based on moral, ethical and professional considerations. My explanation did not satisfy Mr. Maiullo. He protested. I attempted to elaborate but in vain. I grew "tired" of trying to repeat myself and being interrupted each time I opened my mouth. Mr. Maiullo's behavior was disruptive and distracted me from helping other patients, who are like family to me, in my pharmacy which is a family pharmacy and a second home of sorts for 26 years. I politely asked Mr. Maiullo to leave the store but he refused. I apologize, again, that my lack of eloquence was not sufficient or convincing enough forcing me to threaten a phone call to the local police who are infinitely more eloquent than I am. Mr. Maiullo left then called me later to express his anger then hung up on me. Surprise. Next time I refuse to fill a prescription for your friend that could cause me to lose my license please refrain from debating the matter, being disruptive and forcing me to threaten a customer with police action for the first time in my 26 years of practice. Thank you for the gummy bears. They were delicious. Be well and behave.

Later on when I called the pharmacy, about an hour later and spoke to Frank, he had that same tired attitude of I'l talk and you listen. I told Frank he is infantilizing me by what he is saying. I asked Frank why he wanted to call 911 on me. Was I shouting or angry to him? Was I being disruptive in any way?
