What a great place very clean and the staff that works here are very friendly and as well very helpful. This was the first time going here and I will be going here all the time now to do my laundry. Keep up the great work
Clean, attendant during day for dropoff laundry if someone doesn't want to do own, pick up I think next day. Machines usually in good order, run by card purchased in machine there, not by coins. Keep card for use next time.
Not a happy camper. Arrived put clothes in washers then realized a card had to be purchased, a non refundable $3.00 card to use the machines. The place was clean enough but it was $2.75 for a small wash. We are full time travelers so we had to purchase a card we probably won't use again. So $3 in including the cost to wash n dry. Not happy. Beware. Oh & have $5, 10 bills with you. Better yet don't go. Oh & I got barely warm water when I wanted hot for white wash. WTH
I will say that the people using the place were very nice and it was clean.
I went to do a load of table cloths as a favor to a Hunterdon county non-profit this morning for an event they're having - what a mistake! I went in and got everything prepped, bleach and all and realized they didn't use quarters but money cards. Not only do you have to buy a money card for a non-refundable $3, but the smallest washer cost $2.75 a load. For a one time user this is absurd since they'll make a profit off of my being irritated and not coming back. Anyway, it turns out, you can ONLY purchase a money card with a $10 dollar bill - not a $20, not a $5, not $1's. There's no place to use a debit/credit card to add money, in fact there's no ATM machine unless you walk down the street. Ironically they have a change machine which might have been helpful if it didn't spit out only $1 bills. So I walked down to the bank, got a $20 out and then had to go into a local business which was kind enough to make change in the beginning of the day. I went back and purchased the card and it didn't work.
I once walked from Georgia to Maine (not joking) and I used laundromats about every 100 miles (2,180 miles/ 100 laundromats = not impressed). I have never been as disappointed. I also noticed their hours are something like 9-5 each day. I doubt anyone who has to do laundry out of their homes has time to do it during business hours and would prefer to do it on the weekend.
The place seemed clean and organized. There were really friendly people who helped me out when i was not sure how to use the card system. However all the laundry I did ended up smelling like fried food.
