I came here to drop off clothes for tailoring and laundry at 11.30am but there was a sign saying "Went for bank and lunch, will be back at 12pm" The hour is 7am to 7pm. I know you may have things to do like lunch break, but it should not effect your costumer's convenience! If you need lunch break you should put the hour 7am to 11am then 12pm to 7pm or find someone to cover the hours! Very unprofessional!
