If possible, use another bus line or take the train!
The Route 31 Clinton bus stop is one of the worst. Every morning, a group of routine riders gather immediately adjacent to the awaiting line and smoke cigars and cigarettes. The smoke blankets everyone waiting for the bus and smell of smoke for the remainder of the day. This ongoing problem has been reported several times to Trans Bridge without any help or resolution.
Trans-Bridge has to be the worst of the worst when it comes to: Keeping a scheduled service, customer service, parking availability, rude drivers, rude people when you call. It's time to start a new service for the people of Clinton who have to get to work ride on a pleasant bus with courteous drivers and workers that keep you informed. I'm willing to make the investment any others out there care about getting a quality service!?
I have been taking bus for commute to ny for past 2 years. There are times buses are not on time which I can understand as there could be a traffic but for past 2 weeks where temperature has been rising, two buses (8560, 8561) have been out of air condition. Worst part, despite complains from passengers who have to travel without AC/air where outside temperature of 85+, they don't fix it..Sadly, I can not stop using their service..horrible !!
Transbridge bus has the worst service ever. I take their bus to go to work everyday but they never come on time. They have some of the most worst drivers. Drivers are very rude with the passengers.
The worst bus company ever. No respect for the time of it's customers and they jack up prices every year. A complete disgrace. Buses are NEVER on time and they never do anything to help. When buses fill up too bad get on the one that leaves in three hours. Bus is late? No communication and no willingness to make it right. Take the train instead.
