I relied heavily on Bethe in 2009, for our very own Realtor (buyer) was not able to assist me in the great lengths that Beth (seller) was able to achieve. We thoroughly enjoyed our first home for 7 years without issue or ANY repairs needed. In June 2016, our family decided to leave beautiful NJ state behind for relocation to Central FL. In short, the home sale was the very least of my worries (with MANY other personal events surrounding including death and auto accident) as I found great trust in Bethe (very rare for me). With my wife already in FL at the time, we trusted Bethe to sell the home quickly without issue. Again, she succeeded as-promised; the housing deal closed within two weeks. We then decided to leave NJ early before closing, with ENTIRE HOME care in Bethe's hands. Please understand me, in that, (we) signed the lien to OUR HOME over to this great woman in promises that she would do as she stated. The closing went as-planned and we are now living the life of our dreams in sunny Central Florida.
